SOLUTION: Rich Internet Service Dashboard

The client wanted to provide a single intuitive interface for KPI's and other critical information for their global teams, managers and leadership, giving them the ability to make informed and timely mission critical decisions.

We created a Rich Internet Service Dashboard with a secure web based solution that allowed the users to evaluate relevant KPI's and other data. Working across the organization we determined which KPI's were needed to capture the appropriate data and validated the business and user goals.

The results exceeded all expectations, offering an efficient and effectively consolidated solution which merged multiple sources into a clean, unified display. By providing an extensible framework and design, service teams are provided with instant KPI visibility, giving their teams the ability to meet the current and future goals.
